Prepare the ingredients.
In a bowl, mix the egg, cream, milk, pepper, nutmeg and a little salt. Pour into the baking tin.
Melt the lard. Cook the bacon, stirring occasionally.
Pour into the baking tin. Put the steamer basket and 200 ml water into the pan. Put the baking tin covered with foil inside.
Pressure cooking: 45 minutes
Serve (with a spoon), warm or cold.
Tips: - Do not grease or line the baking tin. - With the number of eggs and bacon, this flan is the protein part of a meal in itself. A salad or some green vegetables will complete it for a balanced meal.
