Ingredients

  • 900 g of salmon fillet, chopped into chunks of approx. 30 g
  • 300 g of button mushrooms thinly sliced
  • 1,5 onions, finely chopped
  • 300 g of carrot, finely chopped
  • 150 g of mussels, cooked
  • 1 bouquet garni
  • 1,5 sprigs of rosemary
  • 30 cl of whole cream (30% fat)
  • 30 cl of fish stock
  • 3 tbsp of parsley, chopped

Preparation

Prepare the ingredients.

Put all of the ingredients into the pan. Season with salt and pepper. Seal.

Cooking time: 3 minutes

Remove the rosemary and bouquet garni. Serve with parsley and basmati rice.
