  • 6 salmon fillets
  • 1.5 lemon, juiced and zested
  • 3 clove(s) garlic, peeled and chopped
  • 1.5 celery stick(s), chopped
  • 6 tablespoons double cream
  • 200 ml white wine
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 6 sprigs flat-leaf parsley
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


Prepare the ingredients.

Pour the oil into the bowl.

Brown the garlic with the celery.

Place in the salmon fillets and pour in the white wine.

Pressure cooking time: 5 minutes

Add the lemon juice and zest, the cream, salt and pepper. Mix. Serve with parsley.
