  • 300 g cooked chestnuts, peeled
  • 750 g squash, peeled, deseeded and diced
  • 150 g onion, peeled and diced
  • 450 ml chicken stock (or other stock)
  • 3 tbsp crème fraiche (or fromage frais)
  • 3 tbsp parsley, washed and chopped (to decorate)
  • Nutmeg
  • 1 tsp mixed spice or ground cinnamon (optional)



Prepare the ingredients.

Put all the ingredients except the parsley in the pan. Stir well to combine.

Pressure cooking time: 8 mins.

Blend the soup and garnish with parsley before serving.
