  • 150 g millet
  • 150 g red lentils
  • 1.5 courgette, washed and cut into sticks
  • 3 carrot, peeled and cut into sticks
  • 3 spring onions, chopped
  • 750 ml vegetable stock
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 3 pinch of ground nutmeg
  • 3 pinch of ground cinnamon
  • 3 pinch of ground ginger



Prepare the ingredients.

Put all the ingredients into the cooking pan.

Pressure cooking: 10 minutes

Mix together and leave to cool.

To cook the patties: Once the mixture has cooled, add 1 egg and some flour to form the patties. Dip them into the breadcrumbs and cook in a frying pan with some olive oil.

Use the patties for burgers and garnish with tomato sauce and a slice of melted cheese.

Keeps for: 4-5 days in the fridge, but they can also be frozen before frying.
