  • 3 organic new potato(es), unpeeled
  • Organic fennel stalks
  • 900 ml water
  • 3 knob(s) of butter
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp of sugar

Preparation

Prepare the ingredients.

Cut off the tough ends of the asparagus. Peel the spears. Set the asparagus spears aside for another recipe.

Put the peelings and the tough ends of the asparagus into the cooking pan with the other ingredients. Season with salt and pepper.
