Cook4me Zucchini Bake| Extra Crisp Lid

• 1 kg zucchini, chopped
• 320 ml water
• 3 tbsp full cream
• 100 g grated Parmesan or Cheddar cheese
• 20 g butter
• 2/3 tsp ground nutmeg
• 2/3 tsp allspice
• Salt and pepper, to taste

This recipe requires the Cook4me Extra Crisp lid accessory.

Prepare the ingredients.

Pour 700ml water into the bowl. Add the zucchini to the steam basket and place into the bowl.

Pressure cooking 7 min.

Empty water from the bowl. Add zucchinis, butter, full cream, nutmeg and spices and stir well. Season to taste. Sprinkle with cheese.

Install the Extra Crisp lid and start the Grill #2 program (15 min at 200°C).
