Ingredients

  • 2 Egg
  • 2 Egg yolk
  • 260 g Apple compote
  • 100 ml Single cream
  • 4 Shortbread biscuits
  • Sugar for lining
  • Melted butter for lining
  • 4 Small ramekins 120 ml

Preparation

Line the sides of the ramekins with butter and sugar. Put a shortbread biscuit in each one.

In a bowl, mix together the other ingredients. Pour into the moulds. Cling film them. Put in the pan with 200 ml of water

Cooking time : 15 min.

Leave to cool and then put in the fridge. Turn out and serve.
