1. Preheat the oil in the Turbo Cuisine & Fry bowl. Add the mushrooms, shallots and garlic then season with salt and pepper. Roast using the air fryer lid on 200C for 10-15 minutes, mixing regularly. 2. Add the soy cream and half the stock. Replace air fryer lid with the pressure cooking lid. Pressure cook for 20 minutes and then blend until smooth. 3. Season to taste and adjust the consistency by adding a little stock if required. 4. Serve hot. Garnish with mushrooms and sage leaves.
