Ingredients

  • 3 duck breast with all the fat removed, cut in half
  • 9 peaches halves in syrup drained and cut in half
  • 1.5 white onion, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 3 tbsp of cider vinegar or balsamic vinegar
  • 750 g of Canellini Beans (canned) drained and rinsed
  • 3 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tsp of ground cinnamon
  • Salt and pepper
  • 200 ml of chicken stock
  • 150 ml of pouring cream (optional)

Preparation

Prepare the ingredients.

Salt and pepper the duck breasts. Pour the oil into the pot.

Brown the duck breasts for 1 minute per side. Remove. Add onion and vinegar. Cook for 3 min.

Add the remaining ingredients. Put the breasts on the top.

Cooking under pressure : 2 min.

Remove the breasts and the garnish. Serve with a little sauce.
