Exotic Fruit Packet with Chocolate Sauce

• 480 g exotic fresh fruit: pineapple, mango, small bananas, peeled and cut into pieces
• 4 pieces of plain chocolate, about 25 g each
• 5 tablespoons runny honey
• ½ vanilla pod, cut into pieces
• Zests of 4 limes
• 4 pieces star anise
• Greaseproof paper
• Kitchen string

Cut 4 circles of greaseproof paper and top each with fruit, chocolate, honey, vanilla pod, lime zest and star anise. Close up the paper packets and tie with the kitchen string.

Steam for 15 minutes with the main dish and the starter.

Serve immediately.
