  • 6 flathead fillets
  • 7 tbsp flour
  • 7 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 3 eggs
  • Oil, cooking spray
  • Chives, thinly sliced
  • Mayonnaise, tartare sauce or aioli
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Place flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs in 3 separate bowls. Dip each fish fillet in each bowl following the same order.

Add the crumbed fish to the bowl. Spray each fillet with cooking oil.

Install the Extra Crisp lid and start the Grill #2 program (20 min at 200°C). Turn over halfway through the cooking.

Tip: Serve with mayonnaise, tartare sauce or aioli.
