Ingredients

  • 1 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup of cooked white kidney beans
  • 1 medium zucchini, diced
  • 1 cup of cut frozen green beans
  • 2/3 cup of canned, petite diced tomatoes
  • 4 oz of vermicelli pasta
  • 4 cups of vegetable broth
  • 2 to 4 tbsp prepared pesto
  • grated parmesan cheese

Preparation

Prepare the ingredients.

Combine ingredients in pot. Do not add the pesto or cheese.

Cooking under pressure : 4 min.

Serve soup in bowls. Garnish with pesto and Parmesan cheese.
