1. In a large wok, heat the extra virgin olive oil and sesame oil on medium-high heat.
2. Add the tofu to the pan with ginger and garlic and stir through, then add the chilli.
3. Add greens and stir through with pepitas and sunflower seeds and cook until slightly softened.
