Ingredients

  • 500 g store-bought gnocchi
  • 1 tbsp butter or olive oil
  • 100 g chopped pancetta or bacon
  • 3 chopped brown shallots
  • 100 g gorgonzola cheese
  • 50 g chopped walnuts
  • 250 ml pouring cream
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional for garnishing)

Preparation

1. Cook the gnocchi in a saucepan with the butter/olive oil until browned.

2. Add pancetta or bacon, shallots, gorgonzola and walnuts. Pour cream over the gnocchi.

3. Transfer to a preheated 180°C oven for 15 mins until brown.

4. Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired.
