In a bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, black pepper and parsley.
Add the fish fillets to the marinade and let it sit at room temperature.
Grease the grids with vegetable oil.
Select the fish/seafood setting on Optigrill + and press “OK”.
Once the purple indicator stops flashing, add the marinated fish fillets and close the lid.
Cook until the indicator color turns yellow. Place the grilled fish on a dish.
Serve with a side of your favorite grilled vegetables.
