Stir the breadcrumbs with the Parmesan cheese, milk, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, eggs and garlic until well combined. Crumble in the ground beef, veal and pork.
Gently mix until mixture is evenly combined. Form the mixture into four equal patties.
Turn the grill on. Select the program and press . Lightly grease the cooking plates with cooking spray. Once the purple indicator light has stopped flashing, place the patties on the grill and close the lid.
Cook until the indicator light has changed to the color of desired doneness; yellow for rare, orange for medium or red for well done.
Spread half the marinara sauce evenly over the bottom of the Kaiser buns and top each with a patty. Spoon the remaining sauce over the patties and sprinkle with cheese; top with the remaining Kaiser buns.
