  • 2 tsp of sunflower oil
  • 150 g of onion, finely sliced
  • 80 g of kerelan curry paste
  • 250 ml of coconut milk
  • 200 g of tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 2 tsp of fresh ginger, grated
  • 500 g of firm white fish (e.g. haddock) (approx. 125g pieces)


Prepare the ingredients.

Add the oil.

Lightly brown the onion.

Add the remaining ingredients. Place the fish on top.

Cooking time: 5 min.

Serve and enjoy!
