Ingredients

  • 800 g Lamb leg mini roast
  • 150 g Halved grape tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1.5 tsp Crushed garlic
  • 1.5 tbsp Chopped rosemary
  • 150 ml Chicken stock

Preparation

Preheat with oilBrown meat for 5 minutes.

Add remaining ingredients. Stir well to combine.

Cooking time: 15 minutes
