Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp of sunflower oil
  • 100 g of shallots, finely chopped
  • 100 g of leeks, sliced
  • 400 g of mushrooms, sliced
  • 250 ml of creme fraiche
  • 500 ml of vegetable stock
  • 240 g of farfalle pasta

Preparation

Prepare the ingredients.

Add the oil.

Soften the shallots and leeks.

Add the remaining ingredients. Stir well to combine.
