Ingredients

  • 75 g Diced butter
  • 1/4 cup Plain flour
  • 750 ml Milk
  • 3 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 3 cup Grated tasty and parmesan cheese
  • 1500 g Cooked macaroni pasta
  • *1 tbsp chives (chopped, to serve)

Preparation

Add melted butter and flour to bowl and stir until combined. Remove the bowl and slowly stir in milk and mustard until smooth. Return the bowl and stir.

STIR THROUGH CHIVES, PASTA AND CHEESE, SEASON TO TASTE!
