Ingredients

  • 40 g of brown sugar
  • 125 ml of coconut milk
  • 200 g of Japanese rice, well rinsed (sushi rice)
  • 0.5 lime (juice and zest)
  • 1 lemon grass, finely sliced
  • 1 mango, peeled and cut into small cubes
  • 300 ml of water

Preparation

Prepare the ingredients.

Add the rice, water and lemongrass in the Cook4Me.

Cooking time: 10 mins.

Remove the lemongrass. Add the remaining ingredients and stir well to unstick the rice.
