Ingredients

  • Plain chocolate (70% cocoa solids), broken into pieces (50g – 2 people) (100g – 4 people) (150g – 6 people)
  • Butter (25g – 2 people) (50g – 4 people) (75g – 6 people)
  • Eggs (1 – 2 people) (2 – 4 people) (3 – 6 people)
  • Caster sugar (50g – 2 people) (100g – 4 people) (150g – 6 people)
  • Plain flour (30g – 2 people) (65g – 4 people) (100g – 6 people)
  • Heatproof 8 cm ramekins (2 – 2 people) (4 – 4 people) (6 – 6 people)

Preparation

2 people = 15 min preparation and 12 min cooking time

4 people = 15 min preparation and 12 min cooking time

6 people = 15 min preparation and 12 min cooking time

Cooking pressure = high

Melt chocolate and butter in a seperate bowl, cool slightly. Beat in eggs, sugar and flour using an electric mixer.

Fill ramekins, cover with foil to secure. Put 2 to 4 ramekins in steaming basket with 300ml water in bowl.

Serve with centres molden and gooey. SERVE!
