Ingredients

  • 2 tsp dry yeast
  • 2 cups warm water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 50 grams oats
  • 30 grams sesame seeds
  • 30 grams pumpkin seeds
  • 30 grams poppy seeds
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 500 grams flour

Preparation

1. Activate the yeast by mixing it together with the warm water until it dissolves. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well with a spatula until combined. This is a very sticky dough.

2. Select Dough Rising on your appliance and place your dough in the bowl. Sprinkle with extra pumpkin and sunflower seeds if you wish. The appliance will proof the dough at 40 degrees for 1 hour.

3. When complete, select the Bake function and adjust the time to 150 degrees for 25 minutes. When appliance beeps, turn the bread over and bake for another 25 minutes. Let cool completely on a board before slicing. Enjoy!
