Ingredients

  • 540 g Fresh gnocchi
  • 300 g Mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 1 Onion, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 200 g Green beans (canned) rinsed
  • 30 g Butter
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 300 g Tomato puree
  • 6 slices Boiled ham sliced into strips
  • 150 ml water
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

Pour the oil into the bowl.

Brown the onion. Add the mushrooms and beans. Cook for 3 mins.

Add the gnocchi, water, butter, tomato puree, salt and pepper.

Cooking time : 3 min.

Add the ham and serve.
