Healthy and wholesome, these vegan no-bake fruit, nut and seed bars are so quick to put together. It is also a great recipe to make in batches for easy snacking. Perfect sweet energy boost! #MealPrep
1. In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients. 2. In a small non-stick Ingenio saucepan whisk together on low heat 2/3 cup maple syrup or honey, 1/2 cup tahini and half cup coconut oil. Add to the dry mixture and mix well. With wet hands, flatten the mixture into a small baking pan and refrigerate for a couple of hours. 3. Slice and store in an airtight container.
Tip: You can literally substitute with any nut, seed or dried fruit - these are what I had on hand).
