One-pan Brownie using Ingenio Frypan

  • 150 grams butter
  • 260 grams raw sugar
  • 75 grams cocoa
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 75 grams plain flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • Extra cocoa or icing sugar, to sprinkle on the top

1. Heat up your Ingenio 26 cm frypan on medium/low heat until the Thermo spot goes dark red. Add the butter and stir and just as it melts add the sugar. Give it a little mix and then let the sugar dissolve. Take off the heat. Add the cocoa and vanilla and mix through. 2. When it has cooled a little bit, incorporate the eggs. 3. When eggs are fully absorbed, carefully add the flour and mix through the chocolate mixture. Pat down the batter evenly in the frypan. 4. Clean off the sides of the frypan and then transfer (using your Ingenio detachable handle) from the stovetop to a preheated 160-degree oven. Remove handle and bake for 25-30 minutes.
