Brush the trout with olive oil.
Select the “Fish” programme and press OK. Lightly oil the trays. Once heated, place the trout inside. Close the lid.
During this time, prepare the sauce. Finely blend the garlic with the parsley. Add the lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Continue to mix for a few more seconds.
When the light is orange, place the trout on a plate and then pour the sauce on top. Serve immediately with rice.
