  • 100 gr (3 ounces) plain nachos
  • 100 gr (3 ounces) marinated chicken breast grilled with OptiGrill
  • 30 gr (1 ounce) sliced black olives
  • Sliced jalapeño pepper to taste
  • 120 gr (1 cup) shredded Monterey Jack or cheddar cheese
  • Habanero sauce to taste
  • 120 gr (4 ounces) sour cream (side dish)
  • 120 gr (4 ounces) salsa


Open the OptiGrill and display the nachos, chicken cut in strips, olives and jalapeño into the accessory. Pour some salsa and cheese on top.

Turn the grill on. Select the Manual Mode and select red color setting.

Cook for 10 minutes after beeping.

Serve and enjoy when the cheese will be melted enough.
