For the vegetables, turn the grill on and select the capsicum program and press ok. Place the cut vegetables into a bowl and drizzle over 1 tbsp of oil and season with salt and pepper.
As soon as the preheating is complete, put the capsicum and eggplant on to the grill and close it (you may have to do this in two batches). Cook as shown on the display until they are grilled.
Place in a bowl and cover with cling film to soften. Peel capsicum skin off and roughly slice, chop the eggplant into quarters. Add the oregano, garlic, capers, raisins, vinegar, olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
For the sausages, select the sausage program and press OK. Fasten the sausage coil with wooden skewers perpendicularly to hold in place. As soon as preheating is complete, put the sausages on the grill and close it. Cook the sausages according to the instructions on the screen.
Serve the grilled sausage with the warm eggplant and capsicum salad.
