Mix in a bowl the soft butter, flour, and Parmesan. Add the beaten egg, mix again quickly.
Wrap the dough with some plastic wrap. Keep in a fridge for 1 hour.
Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface. Cut the crisps with a 6cm (2 ½ in) round cutter.
Place some of the crisps on the Snacking&Baking accessory and place the accessory into the OptiGrill.
Turn the grill on. Select the manual mode and select yellow color setting. Close the lid. Cook them for 12 minutes. Flip out them at mid cooking. When they are cooked, Transfers to racks and let cool down.
