Ingredients

  • 130 g of diced pancetta
  • 200 g of echalion shallots, chopped
  • 4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 300 g of quick cook farro
  • 600 ml of vegetable stock
  • 100 g of frozen peas

Preparation

Prepare the ingredients.

Brown the pancetta, shallots and garlic.

Add remaining ingredients. Stir well to combine.
