Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp of Olive oil
  • 1 Onion, peeled and chopped
  • 4 Garlic, peeled and minced
  • 1.75 lbs of Tomatoes, diced, canned
  • 1 Kale, ribs removed, chopped
  • 1 lb of Bow tie pasta
  • 4 cups of Vegetable or chicken broth
  • 0.5 cup of Grated Parmesan cheese for serving

Preparation

Add oil to pot and heat.

Brown onion and garlic. Add tomatoes. Brown. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Add kale, pasta and broth. Stir well.

High pressure cooking: 5 mins.

Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
