Ingredients

  • 320 g of farfalle pasta
  • 640 ml of vegetable stock
  • 4 ham slices, cut into small pieces
  • 150 g of cherries tomatoes, cut in half
  • 60 g of shallots, chopped
  • 20 g of butter
  • 2 tbsp of basil, chopped
  • 80 g of cheddar or swiss cheese
  • Salt, pepper

Preparation

Prepare the ingredients.

Add, vegetable stock, pasta, tomatoes and shallots in the bowl. Stir well.

Cooking time: 6 min.

Let it rest for 2 mins, add the sliced ham and cheese.

Sprinkle chopped basil over the dish. Enjoy!
