Ingredients

  • 4 peeled ripe whole conference pears
  • 250 ml of red wine
  • 50 g of granulated sugar
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • Cornflour (to thicken)

Preparation

Put all the ingredients in the bowl.

Thicken the juices with cornflour. Serve warm or cold!
