  • 4 strips of Smoked bacon, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Onion, peeled and chopped
  • 0.5 lb of Carrot, peeled and diced small
  • 1 lb of Peas, frozen
  • 0.33 cup of Vegetable broth


Prepare the ingredients. Add oil and heat pot.

Add bacon and brown.

Add onion and carrots. Brown.

Add remaining ingredients. Season with salt and black pepper, to taste.
