Ingredients

  • 0.5 lb of Potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup of Kidney beans, white, cooked
  • 1 Zuchinni, diced small
  • 0.62 lb of Green beans, cut, frozen
  • 0.66 cup of Petite diced tomatoes
  • 0.25 lb of Vermicelli , pasta pieces
  • 4 cups of Vegetable broth
  • 2.5 tbsp of Prepared pesto, to taste
  • Parmesan cheese, grated for serving

Preparation

Prepare the ingredients.

Combine all ingredients in pot except for pesto and Parmesan cheese.

High pressure cooking: 4 mins

Serve soup in bowls. Garnish with pesto and Parmesan cheese, to taste.
