Have you checked the valves ? See FAQ. Put 50 ml water, the sugar and cinnamon in the pan. Heat for approximately 3 minutes at medium heat, uncovered, to melt the sugar. Then add the plums, washed and quartered. Mix well using a wooden spoon. Close the lid. As soon as the steam is released, reduce the heat source and leave it to cook for the indicated time. During cooking, check that the valve murmurs regularly. Open the pressure cooker. Pour the compote into a mixing bowl and allow to cool. Serve cold, with gingerbread.
