  • 900 g potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 90 g bacon, diced
  • 150 ml single cream
  • 400 ml milk
  • 100 g grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 onion
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 2 spring onions, finely chopped

Prepare the ingredients.

Pour the olive oil into the bowl.

Add the onions and bacon to the bowl and brown.

Add the potatoes, cream, and milk. Stir well.

Pressure cook for 6 min.

Sprinkle with cheese.

Install the Extra Crisp lid and start the Grill #2 program (20 min at 200°C).
