Ingredients

  • 24 peeled raw fresh king prawns
  • 100 ml of double cream
  • 100 ml of fish stock
  • 1 tbsp of chopped fresh coriander leaves
  • 100 ml of tomato passata
  • 1.5 tsp of crushed fresh garlic clove
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

Prepare the ingredients.

Shell the prawns.

Put all the ingredients in the bowl.

Cooking time: 1 min.

Season to taste and serve!
