With almost everyone working from home nowadays, it is easy to find one get stuck in a cooking rut or simply not realising that it is time to prepare for dinner. This recipe is a great go-to recipe for a very tasty and flavourful beef in a hurry with the help of the Tefal ClipsoMinut pressure cooker. Great dinner idea and leftovers are perfect for lunch the next day.
1. Season ribs with a good pinch of salt.
2. Combine all of the ingredients for the marinade in a large bowl. Coat ribs in a few spoonfuls of the marinade, allow to marinate for a few hours if possible.
3. Fold the ribs and place in the steamer basket of your Tefal ClipsoMinut Perfect Pressure Cooker, pour over the remaining marinade and add ½ cup water. Place on a medium heat and bring to the boil.
4. Once at pressure, turn down to a low heat and allow to simmer for 45 minutes, check the meat and cook for another 15 minutes if needed. Let the steam out and open to cool down.
