Ingredients

  • 16 red mullet (approx. 130 g) washed and filleted
  • 3 tbsp of olive oil
  • 140 g of fennel, washed & chopped in small cubes
  • 140 g of green asparagus, washed and thinly sliced
  • 140 g of green beans, washed and chopped in small sticks
  • 400 ml of water
  • 240 g of couscous
  • 40 g of melted butter
  • Salt, pepper
  • 12 wooden cocktail sticks

Preparation

Roll up the fish fillets and hold in place with a cocktail stick.

In a bowl, mix butter with couscous. Prepare as directed on the packet.

Pour the olive oil into the Cook4Me. Sauté the three vegetables.

Add the water. Season well. Stir. Place the rolled-up fish fillets on top of the vegetables.

Cooking time: 3 min.

Arrange couscous on warmed plate. Cover with vegetables. Top with secured fish rolls.
