Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets skin off
  • 1 fresh ginger, peeled and finely sliced
  • 0.5 lime zest
  • 250 g of frozen broad beans shelled
  • 250 g of green beans cut into small pieces
  • 2 chopped shallots
  • 120 ml of water
  • Salt and peper

Preparation

Prepare the ingredients.

Add oil in the bowl.

Add shallots, ginger. Add the broad beans, the green beans and a little lime zest.

Season to taste. Stir. Place the fish above the vegetables. Add the water.

Cooking under pressure: 3 min.

Flavour with lemon juice. Serve!
