Sausage and Apple Casserole

• 4 tsp of sunflower oil
• 8 pork sausages
• 150 g of onion, sliced
• 240 g of apple, cored and diced (3-4cm)
• 500 ml of apple juice
• 1 tsp of dried thyme
• 2 tbsp of plain flour
• 400 g of potatoes, peeled and diced (2-3cm)

Prepare the ingredients.

Brown the sausages (in batches if necessary). Add the onion.

Add remaining ingredients. Stir gently until combined.

Cooking time: 8 min.

Serve and enjoy!
