  • 8 rice pancakes
  • 500g shelled shrimps
  • 1 leek white
  • 2 eggs whites
  • 2 tblsp sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper


Spread the pancakes out on a damp cloth to soften them.

Mix the chopped shrimps with the sliced leek white, the eggs whites, salt and pepper.

Divide the stuffing between the pancakes, seal the edges by pressing with your finger.

Put the raviolis on the grid of the bowl equipped with a clip on handle and steam for 10 mins.

Serve hot, sprinkled with a little sesame oil.
