Spiced Wedges | Extra Crisp Lid

  • 750 g potatoes, cut into wedges and dried
  • 1 tsp mixed herbs
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 10 g flour
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


This recipe requires the Extra Crisp attachment. #ExtraCrispLid #Spring2021

Prepare the ingredients.

In a mixing bowl, add the potatoes, oil, herbs, paprika, salt and pepper. Mix. Add the flour and mix again.

Add the potatoes to the bowl. Add more oil if necessary.

Install the Extra Crisp lid and start the Air Fry #3 program (33 min at 200°C). Stir halfway through the cooking.
