Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp of oil
  • 0.5 onion, finely chopped
  • 200 g of button mushrooms, cut in halves or quarters
  • 200 g of spinach, stalks removed and chopped
  • 600 g of spinach and ricotta tortellini (or other types of filled pasta)
  • 200 ml of water
  • 200 ml of single cream
  • 4 tbsp of grated parmesan cheese
  • salt, pepper

Preparation

Pour the oil into the bowl.

Add the onion and the mushrooms. Brown for a few minutes. Add the spinach and cook while stirring.

When the spinach has cooked, add the pasta, water, salt and pepper. Mix.

Cooking time: 3 min.

Pour in the cream. Close and leave for 1 minute. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
