Prepare the ingredients.
Stir together the honey, miso paste and soy sauce to make the marinade. Add salmon and leave for approximately 10 minutes.
Place the salmon in the steaming basket. Add the stock to the bowl and stir in the marinade. Place the steaming basket on top.
Cooking time: 6 min.
Lift out the steaming basket. Add remaining ingredients. Close lid for 1 min. Stir well and serve with salmon.
