Prepare the ingredients.
In a mixing bowl, prepare the marinade (all ingredients apart from the ribs). Set aside.
Put 250 ml of water in the Cook4me bowl. Place the ribs in the steaming basket, season with salt and pepper.
Pressure cook for 15 min.
Once cooked, remove the water and the steaming basket. Coat the ribs in the marinade and return the ribs to the bowl.
Install the Extra Crisp lid and start the Grill #2 program (15 min at 200°C). Turn ribs over halfway through the cooking.
