1. Brown the sundried tomatoes in olive oil with the onion, garlic, pepper, salt, and herbs. Leave to cool and arrange in a circle in the pan.
2. Place the camembert wheel in the middle and arrange the pizza dough balls around the cheese. Slice the cheese and stuff it with the olives. Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with herbs.
3. Cover with a damp cloth and leave to rest. Transfer to 180°C oven for 35-40 minutes.
4. To serve, pull pizza rolls apart and dip in the melted cheese.
